On the palate it is warm, with soft, ripe tannins and good persistence, supported by a naturally high alcohol content. Organic cultivation excludes herbicides and synthetic fertilisers. A structured red, suited to red meats, braises and aged cheeses, for anyone looking for a full and generous wine.
