Extra virgin olive oil produced in the territory of MaMa Italian Essence, between Puglia and Abruzzo. Visually it presents an intense green, which in the weeks following pressing evolves towards more golden tones due to the natural transformation of chlorophyll. On the nose it is fruity, with hints of fresh grass; on the palate it combines fruitiness with a spicy note and a slight bitterness, a sign of olives picked not too ripe. A versatile oil: good raw on vegetables, bread and legumes, and equally good in cooking for dishes from Southern Italian tradition.
