Wines of Abruzzo · White wines
Organic Pecorino from the Colline Teatine hills, in the province of Chieti: fresh, savoury and well-structured, the same grape as Pecorino d'Abruzzo in a different territorial expression.
Organic Pecorino IGT Colline Teatine, produced on the hills of the province of Chieti. Same grape variety as Pecorino d'Abruzzo but in an IGT version, tied to a more limited territory: straw yellow colour with golden hues, fruity and herbaceous aroma, fresh, savoury and persistent taste. Organic cultivation excludes herbicides and synthetic fertilisers. Worth trying with land-based antipasti, fresh cheeses and structured fish dishes, for anyone who wants to compare the different souls of Abruzzo Pecorino.
