Rosé Brut sparkling wine, re-fermented in autoclave with the Charmat method: lively perlage, fresh and fruity aromas. The right bubbles for an aperitif.
Rosé Brut sparkling wine made with the Charmat method, the autoclave re-fermentation that lasts about two or three weeks and gives a lively, less persistent perlage compared to the classic method, along with fresh, floral and fruity aromas typical of young wines. The Brut dosage keeps it dry, with no noticeable residual sugar. A rosé made for an aperitif or to open dinner: it pairs well with snacks, delicate cured meats and fish-based dishes.
