Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC, made from Montepulciano grapes vinified as rosé: at least 85% of the grape variety, as required by the production regulations. Intense cherry-pink colour, a winy and fruity bouquet of good finesse; on the palate it is dry, soft and harmonious, with a delicate character that doesn't lack structure. Pairs well with antipasti and meat main courses, but also with more flavourful fish dishes: versatility is its distinguishing trait, making it a rosé suited to an entire meal.
