Organic Pecorino d'Abruzzo, made from the native grape variety of the same name from the central Apennines. Vivid straw yellow colour with golden hues, a nose ranging from fruity notes to aromatic herbs and citrus, a fresh, savoury and well-structured palate, with a naturally high alcohol content. The grapes grow without herbicides or synthetic fertilisers. A white with character, capable of holding up to flavourful dishes too: dressed first courses, medium-aged cheeses, oily fish.
