A condiment based on extra virgin olive oil flavoured with lemon, with a fresh, citrusy aroma noticeable as soon as the bottle is opened. Ideal raw on steamed or grilled fish, cooked vegetables, summer salads and carpaccio, where the citrus note lightens and brightens the dish. It also works well simply dressing a dish of legumes or a bruschetta, when a livelier touch than usual oil is needed.
